| Shortcut bar | The pinned canned responses above the message box. |
| Message Bot | A rule that replies when a message matches. |
| Chatbot flow | A conversation drawn as blocks. |
| Block | One step in a chatbot flow. |
| Simulator | A test chat for a chatbot. Nothing is sent to anyone. |
| Post action | Something that happens after a bot or canned response has replied, such as adding a tag. |
| Hand over | Passing a conversation from a bot or the AI to a person. |
| Knowledge base | What the AI assistant knows: your business details, FAQs and documents. |
| Starter kit | A set of ready-made questions for a kind of business, for the AI assistant. |
| Broadcast | One message sent to many chats, paced. |
| Schedule | A message queued for one chat. |
| Webhook | A message WAFlow sends to a web address when something happens. |
| Signing secret | A password used to sign webhook requests, so the receiver can verify them. |
| Blur | A screen-only effect that hides names, photos and messages. |

| Backup | A file containing everything WAFlow saved in your browser. |
